01Banks and branches in this guide

On September 27, 2026, we checked the addresses of all 68 branches in this guide against each bank’s official branch information. The guide includes only branches listed on Kobizmap, so it is not a complete list of any bank’s locations. If you do not see a branch near you, use the official locators in the last section.

Some branch names do not match the city in the address. Woori America Bank’s Dallas branch is in Lewisville, and Bank of Hope’s Tacoma branch is in Lakewood. Both Bank of Hope and Hanmi Bank have a branch named Silicon Valley, in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara respectively. Enter the street address, not only the branch name, in your map app.

02Los Angeles and Orange County

There are 29 branches, from Koreatown and Downtown Los Angeles to Van Nuys and Northridge, Torrance, the Cerritos area, Orange County, and Diamond Bar and Rowland Heights. In Koreatown, Bank of Hope and Hanmi Bank each have several branches along Olympic Blvd, Wilshire Blvd and Western Ave. On some roads, such as Beach Blvd in Buena Park and Culver Dr in Irvine, two banks have branches on the same street, so check both the bank name and the street number.

03SF Bay Area and Greater Seattle

There are three branches in the SF Bay Area and four in Greater Seattle. All of the Greater Seattle branches here are Bank of Hope.

04Texas: Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston and Austin

There are five branches in Dallas–Fort Worth, four in Houston and one in Austin. Woori America Bank’s Dallas branch is in Lewisville, not in Dallas itself.

Hanmi Bank’s official branch pages list Korean under Languages for the Hanmi Bank Dallas branch, Hanmi Bank Arlington branch, Hanmi Bank Carrollton branch and Hanmi Bank Houston Chinatown branch (checked September 27, 2026). Some branch pages leave that field blank, so a missing entry does not mean Korean-language help is unavailable. Call other branches to confirm.

05Georgia and Alabama: Metro Atlanta, Montgomery and Opelika

There are 20 branches in Metro Atlanta and two in Alabama. In Metro Atlanta, branches are concentrated in Duluth, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Doraville and Norcross. The Montgomery and Opelika branches in Alabama are Metro City Bank.

If you searched for “Woori Bank,” look for Woori America Bank, its U.S. subsidiary. The Woori America Bank Korean-language branch page lists Duluth as its Georgia branch.

06Confirm with the bank before you visit

Branch locations and hours can change. Before visiting, look the branch up again on the bank’s official site and call to confirm the service you need.

Questions to ask when you call:

• Hours: They vary by branch. The official branch listings include branches open on Saturday mornings and branches closed on Saturdays.
• Korean-language help: A Korean American bank does not guarantee that every staff member or time slot offers Korean. Hanmi Bank’s contact page includes a Korean Support phone entry.
• Services: Check that the branch handles what you need, such as a personal account, a business account or a loan conversation. Some banks direct lending questions to separate loan offices.
• Appointments: Bank of Hope has a Bank of Hope in-branch appointment request page. For other banks, ask the branch whether an appointment is needed.
• Documents: The ID and documents needed to open an account or discuss a loan vary by bank and product.

Use a phone number from the bank’s official site or the Kobizmap listing. Do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords in a first inquiry.
