Ask what is included in the service

The menu lists Basic, Special Care and Deluxe CO₂ Head Spa options. Special Care and Deluxe are listed as Lovers Lane-only services. The Mini option is offered with another chemical service, so check its booking conditions before choosing it.

The official head spa introduction describes steps such as scalp observation, shampooing, rinsing, massage and drying. Ask which steps apply to the menu you select and how much time to allow.

Check age, guest and cancellation arrangements

The official booking policy sets a minimum service age of 12 and asks clients not to bring guests who are not receiving services. It allows one guardian for a client aged 12–18.
